Join multi-layer carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel sheets with combined thickness up to 0.787" (20mm). The advantages of clinching:

SELF-PIERCING RIVETS

Join multi-layer carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel sheets with combined thickness up to 0.787" (20mm). The advantages of self-piercing rivets:

  • green technology; no welding fumes

  • all the same benefits as clinching

  • joint strength is comparable to spot weld

  • join up to 6 layers of material

  • high energy efficiency joint

  • one side of the layer stackup remains flat
