Weld Tester
Quickly and accurately check the strength of projection welded nuts and studs. With the standard model you can capture the peak hydraulic pressure exerted to strip the weld nut. Then, on the force chart provided, simply look at the hydraulic pressure to determine the peak force used to strip the nut.
With the Premium model the digital display will capture the peak load at push out failure and can be displayed in metric or imperial units, no calculating or chart reading required.
The maximum push force is 10,000 lbs (4,545 kg). Higher ratings are available upon request.
Unit comes complete and ready to go. Tooling is simple and can be supplied by us or you can manufacture your own.
